Tout nouveau pour 2021, le Laguna JX|6 QuadTec I est doté de fonctionnalités hautement souhaitables pour rendre le jointage plus sûr et plus agréable.
Le tout nouveau QuadTec:I est conçu pour offrir une finition exceptionnelle sur les essences de bois les plus difficiles. Les plaquettes en carbure monobloc (14 x 14 x 2 mm) peuvent être tournées 4 fois, prolongeant ainsi leur durée de vie, déjà plus longue que celle des plaquettes HSS. Montées sur une ligne droite, les plaquettes nécessitent moins d'usinage et donc moins de coûts. Le QuadTec:I est également plus silencieux que les couteaux droits classiques. Chaque plaquette est indexée, ce qui ne nécessite aucun gabarit lors de la rotation ou du remplacement.

- Réglages de la table à parallélogramme – Les réglages de la profondeur de la table se déplacent le long d'un arc pour maintenir la même distance par rapport à la tête de coupe tout au long de son déplacement
- Arrêt d'urgence au genou – Le nouveau dispositif d'arrêt au genou utilise une barre de la longueur du corps, à hauteur des genoux, pour arrêter la dégauchisseuse JX. Cet important dispositif de sécurité permet à l'opérateur d'arrêter rapidement la machine à n'importe quel endroit à l'avant, tout en gardant les mains sur la pièce.
- Nouveau corps de machine ergonomique – Le nouveau corps de machine de la série JX a été repensé avec un « coup de pied » pour permettre à l'utilisateur de se positionner plus près des tables de la machine et de se déplacer plus en toute sécurité et plus facilement sur toute la longueur de la machine.
- Rouleau de support d'alimentation - Les tables d'alimentation sont désormais équipées d'un rouleau de support extractible pour aider à supporter des matériaux plus longs
- Tête de coupe QuadTec I – La toute nouvelle tête de coupe QuadTec I est fournie de série sur la nouvelle JX-6. Elle produit une finition de surface exceptionnelle sur tous les bois, y compris les plus difficiles. La QuadTec I utilise des couteaux à plaquettes carbure à 4 faces, plus silencieux et beaucoup plus durables que les couteaux droits en acier rapide. Ces couteaux peuvent être tournés pour obtenir un nouveau tranchant sans dispositif de réglage.

Orders shipping to non remote locations within Ontario and Quebec should arrive witin 2-3 Business days.
Orders Shipping to the Maritimes or Western Canada to non remote areas usually arrive within 3-5 business days
*Large Over Weight and LTL Freight shipments may require 1 or more business days to prepare for shipping and can take 5-7 business days or more to arrive.

Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
