We are not currently shipping to the USA.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Orders shipped internationally may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined and charged by your local customs authority and are not included in the order total paid to our store.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what additional costs may apply to your order.

Shipping Process:

• Delivery time varies by destination and carrier, and is subject to customs clearance.

• Delays due to customs processing are outside our control.

Returns and Refusals: If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Only the product cost will be eligible for a refund, subject to the condition requirements in our Refund Policy. Customers in the European Union also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, described in our Refund Policy. This page does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
