How it works

| Currency | Competitor price must be in Canadian dollars (CAD), exclusive of taxes. |
| Time window | Request must be made before purchase. |
| In stock | Competitor item must be available for immediate shipment or pickup (no back-orders or pre-orders). |
How to request a price match
- Click the “Found a lower price?” button on the product page.
- Fill out the quick form with the competitor’s URL, their advertised price, and your email.
- Our team will verify the offer and send you a discount code or adjusted invoice—usually within one business day.
Exclusions
- Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, or open-box items
- Auction sites, marketplace listings (e.g., eBay, Kijiji, Amazon third-party)
- Misprints, typos, or obvious pricing errors
- Bulk, wholesale, or contractor-level quotes
- Bundles, gift-with-purchase offers, or financing promotions that can’t be exactly replicated
