The TOPRING 72.470 Easyflex Premium technopolymer hose represents the pinnacle of pneumatic delivery technology, specifically engineered for the rigorous demands of Canadian industrial and construction environments. This ultra-flexible hose maintains superior handling characteristics even in extreme sub-zero temperatures as low as -54 °C, where traditional rubber and PVC hoses become rigid and brittle. Its lightweight technopolymer construction provides a 35% weight reduction compared to standard rubber hoses, significantly reducing operator fatigue during prolonged use.
Performance Features
- Extreme Cold Weather Flexibility: Engineered to remain supple and kink-free in temperatures ranging from -54 °C to 65 °C.
- Advanced Technopolymer Material: High-grade compound offers the durability of rubber with the light weight of specialized polymers.
- Non-Marking & Abrasion Resistant: Features a pin-pricked cover that prevents ballooning and resists wear on abrasive shop floors.
- Zero Memory: The hose easily recoils after use without stubborn loops or tangles, ensuring a tidy and safe workspace.
- Enhanced Life Cycle: Integrated rubber guard bend restrictors at both ends protect the hose from stress and premature failure at the fitting connection.
- Oil Resistance: Complies with RMA-Class B designation for medium/high oil resistance, ideal for automotive and industrial settings.
