The Pearl Abrasive NW45MF is a professional-grade surface preparation wheel engineered for high-performance finishing on a wide variety of metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. Constructed from a dense, non-woven synthetic fiber web impregnated with premium aluminum oxide grain, this wheel provides a consistent, uniform finish without the risk of gouging or over-cutting the base material. Its non-loading design ensures a cool working temperature and an extended service life, making it an essential tool for industrial blending, cleaning, and polishing applications.
Performance Features
- Advanced Non-Woven Construction: Synthetic fiber web is fused with abrasive grain to provide a flexible yet durable cleaning surface that conforms to irregular shapes.
- Non-Gouging Safety: Engineered to remove surface contaminants and oxidation without removing critical base metal, ensuring dimensional integrity.
- Premium Aluminum Oxide: High-quality maroon abrasive grain delivers rapid rust removal and weld discoloration cleaning.
- High Speed Stability: Rated for a maximum speed of 13,300 RPM for use with standard 4-1/2" angle grinders.
- Multi-Metal Compatibility: Effective on ferrous metals, steel, iron, non-ferrous metals, sheet metal, copper, and stainless steel.
