The Pearl Abrasive HSP5024 Turbo Cut™ Hard Back Silicon Carbide Disc is a high-performance abrasive solution engineered for aggressive material removal and surface preparation. Featuring a unique molded abrasive pattern, this 5-inch disc operates at significantly cooler temperatures than standard abrasives, effectively preventing loading and extending the life of the tool. It is the premier choice for professionals tasked with removing heavy coatings, urethane, rubberized sealers, and rust from both concrete and metal surfaces.
- Extreme Aggression: 24-grit silicon carbide provides rapid scarification and coating removal.
- Self-Cooling Design: Molded pattern facilitates airflow, reducing heat buildup and preventing material clogging.
- Integrated Hard Back: Eliminates the need for a separate backup pad, streamlining tool setup and increasing rigidity for heavy-duty applications.
- Versatile Application: Optimized for concrete, stone, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and fiberglass.
- Efficient Prep: Ideal for preparing surfaces for new coatings by removing old paint, adhesives, and grime quickly.
