The M12™ cordless 3/8 in. lithium-ion ratchet is the ideal tool for auto mechanics, maintenance and repair professionals looking for maximum performance and productivity in a subcompact cordless tool. It utilizes a powerful 12 Volt motor to produce up to 35 ft-lbs of torque and 250 RPM, giving users the power and speed of a pneumatic ratchet without the AirGrip. It’s powered by the M12 REDLITHIUM™ battery pack, which delivers more work per charge and more work over pack life than the competitors, as well as best-in-class performance in extreme jobsite conditions. At just 10-3/4 in. long and 1.9 lbs, the ratchet is tool-belt portable, and features a 3/4 in. low-profile head design for work in the tightest of spaces and engine bays. The variable-speed metal trigger and reinforced steel housing provide maximum control and durability with any application. The kit includes one M12 battery, a 30-minute charger, a 3/8 in. to 1/4 in. adapter and carrying case.

Most in Stock orders ship same day if placed by 1:00 PM eastern time (Monday-Friday)* **
Orders shipping to non remote locations within Ontario and Quebec should arrive witin 2-3 Business days.
Orders Shipping to the Maritimes or Western Canada to non remote areas usually arrive within 3-5 business days
*Large Over Weight and LTL Freight shipments may require 1 or more business days to prepare for shipping and can take 5-7 business days or more to arrive.
*Orders received Friday after 1:00 PM eastern time, on weekends, or on holidays, will be shipped out the next business day.

Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
Can I return my product?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
