The Makita 18V x2 LXT (36V) Brushless 14" Cut-off saw (DLW140Z) is a cordless metal-cutting solution ideal for light gauge metal stud and strut, pipe, all thread, conduit, tubing, rebar, and more. The BL Brushless motor eliminates carbon brushes so it runs cooler and more efficiently for longer life. The saw is powered by two 18V LXT batteries (sold separately) for maximum cordless performance, and delivers 3, 800 RPM for the most demanding metal cutting applications. It will cut up to 5" Round and 4” x 7-5/8” rectangular tubing. It also features a “tool-less” fence and vise controls for increased productivity, and a large spark guard engineered to capture and deflect debris away from the surrounding area. Additional features include an electric brake, a large ergonomic handle and two-stage lock-off power button. It’s part of Makita’s expanding 18V Lithium-Ion system, the world’s largest cordless tool system powered by 18V Lithium-Ion slide-style batteries. Makita 18V Lithium-Ion batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger.

How long will it take to get my order?
Typical delivery times after your order ships: 1–2 business days in Ontario; 3–5 in Quebec, the Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PE) and the Prairies; 5–8 in BC and Newfoundland & Labrador. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.

Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
