Laguna PX|22 SHEARTEC: II Planer 10HP 220V 3PH
The Laguna PX|22 planers are loaded with features to make woodworking safer and more enjoyable. The PX|22 has segmented infeed rollers that allow multiple boards to be fed through and also electronic variable speed which allows users to speed up for more thickness or slow down for more cuts per inch. It also has an Ergonomic control panel where the controls are at the top of the machine for easier access and visibility. The PX|22 also comes with either a 7.5 HP Single Phase or a 10HP 3 Phase motor.

- Electronic Variable Speed - Allows users to speed up the material feed for quick thicknessing or to use slower rates for more cuts per inch. This feature is something that is normally found on much more expensive models
- Segmented Infeed Roller - Allows for multiple boards to be fed without having individual boards stall out due to small variations in thickness
- The ShearTec II is standard on the PX|20 Planer. The ShearTec II is a 6-row carbide insert cutterhead that produces a superior surface finish on all woods. The ShearTec II knives and fasteners have a T-step design to maximize clamping force, preventing knife cracking and chatter. The 4-sided carbide insert knives produce a shear cut for flawless results. The cutterhead has deep grooves that make it very quiet and improve shaving ejection. The 4-sided knives can be rotated for a new cutting edge without the need for a knife setting jig.
