The DEWALT DWA7840 8-Inch 48-Tooth Ferrous Metal Cutting Saw Blade is engineered for industrial-grade performance, delivering clean, cool, and burr-free cuts in tough metal applications. Crafted with premium 12% titanium carbide, this blade is designed to tackle heavy-duty steel cutting with significantly less sparking and heat buildup compared to traditional abrasive wheels. Its modified Triple Chip Grind (TCG) tooth geometry ensures maximum durability and precise tip placement, extending the service life by up to 50% over standard metal cutting solutions.
- Tungsten Carbide Teeth: Formulated with 12% titanium carbide for extreme impact resistance and long-lasting sharpness.
- Anti-Kickback Design: Reinforced shoulder provides superior carbide support for increased safety and impact resistance.
- Expansion Slots: Strategically placed laser-cut slots dissipate heat and minimize blade warping during intensive use.
- Tri-Foil Braze: High-strength bonding process increases the strength of each tooth tip for heavy-duty reliability.
- Stiff Plate Geometry: High-tension plate design minimizes run-out and vibration, resulting in a superior surface finish.
