The Pearl Abrasive ULTP69GRY Ultra Prep Max™ hand pads are engineered for professional-grade finishing, blending, and polishing. Constructed from premium non-woven fibers coated on all sides with high-purity silicon carbide abrasive, these pads provide a consistent, uniform finish without the risk of loading or shredding. Their highly flexible structure allows them to easily conform to irregular surfaces and intricate contours, making them indispensable for deburring and light-to-heavy duty cleaning tasks across various metallic and non-metallic substrates.
Performance Features
- Ultra-Fine Grit: Silicon Carbide abrasive grain provides a superior finish on stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
- Non-Loading Design: Open-web construction prevents clogging, ensuring a consistent abrasive rate throughout the pad's life.
- Tough Construction: Resists shredding and tearing even when used on sharp edges or high-friction surfaces.
- Versatile Application: Can be used wet or dry and easily cut to specific sizes for specialized manual applications.
- Full Fiber Coating: Abrasive grains are applied to every fiber for 360-degree performance.
