How Long Will it take before I get my order?
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Typical delivery times after your order ships:
- Ontario: 1–2 business days
- Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta: 3–5 business days
- British Columbia, Newfoundland & Labrador: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates.
Expedited Shipping is also available at an extra cost, upon customer request.
Items that ship at carrier rates. An item doesn’t ship free if it, or its shipping box:
- weighs over 50 lb,
- is longer than 48 in. or has two sides over 30 in., or
- is bigger than 4 cubic feet (about a 24 × 24 × 12 in. box).
Carriers charge these by size, not just weight. These items say “Shipping charge applies” on the product page, and you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Areas not eligible. Orders to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, and to a few remote postal areas (postal codes starting A0K, A0P, A2V, G0G, J0M, R0B or V0T), are charged carrier rates at checkout.
