Tools sold by Wise Line Tools come with the manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer sets its own warranty terms, so use the links below for the terms that apply to your product.

Who handles your claim
Wise Line Tools is an authorized dealer for each brand we carry, and we take care of warranty claims for all of them. For some brands we forward the claim to the manufacturer directly. Either way, start by contacting us (see "How to make a claim" below).

How to make a claim
- Have your proof of purchase (your Wise Line Tools order number or invoice) and the product details (brand, model, and a description of the problem) ready.
- Contact us directly using the contact page or by phone at 519-688-1714.
- We will tell you the next step for your brand.
Shipping on warranty claims
- For warranty claims outside the manufacturer's satisfaction guarantee period, the customer pays shipping.
- If a product is defective on arrival and you notice it and contact us within 3 days of delivery, Wise Line Tools will handle it and pay the shipping.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges follow the manufacturer's satisfaction guarantee for each brand, where the manufacturer offers one. These periods differ by manufacturer, so check the page for your brand in the table above. See also our returns policy and refund policy.
