The KLINGSPOR 4139 (LS 309 XH) is a premium industrial-grade short abrasive belt engineered specifically for high-performance use on portable belt sanders and hand-held tool grinders. Designed for universal applicability, this 60-grit belt delivers an exceptional stock removal rate and durability across a wide spectrum of materials including wood, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and surfaces coated with paint, varnish, or filler.
Constructed with a heavy-duty X-weight cotton backing, the LS 309 XH ensures superior tear resistance and stability under high mechanical stress. The synthetic aluminum oxide (corundum) grain is applied with a closed coating and bonded with high-quality synthetic resin, providing a consistent scratch pattern and an extended service life that outlasts standard DIY-grade abrasives.

Free Shipping Policy Restrictions
Any single item over 50 lb or longer than 48 in. ships at a calculated carrier rate, shown at checkout. The other eligible items in your order still ship free. Orders to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, and to a few remote postal areas (codes starting A0K, A0P, A2V, G0G, J0M, R0B or V0T), are not eligible for free shipping and are charged carrier rates at checkout. *Our free shipping policy is subject to change without notice.
How long will it take to get my order?
Typical delivery times after your order ships: 1–2 business days in Ontario; 3–5 in Quebec, the Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PE) and the Prairies; 5–8 in BC and Newfoundland & Labrador. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.

If a product is defective on arrival and you notice it and contact us within 3 days of delivery, Wise Line Tools will handle it and pay the shipping.
