The Klingspor 302781 is a premium industrial-grade file belt engineered for high-performance grinding and deburring on stainless steel, steel, and other high-alloy metals. Utilizing a high-concentrate Zirconia Alumina grain, this belt is specifically designed for aggressive stock removal and consistent finishing in demanding metalworking applications. The robust Y-polyester backing provides exceptional tear resistance and stability, ensuring the belt maintains its integrity under high-pressure conditions while providing a longer service life than standard aluminum oxide alternatives.
Performance Features
- Self-Sharpening Zirconia Alumina: Features a micro-crystalline structure that fractures under pressure to reveal fresh, sharp cutting edges throughout the life of the belt.
- Heavy-Duty Y-Polyester Backing: A tear-resistant, high-stability fabric foundation designed for extreme durability during heavy grinding and deburring.
- Advanced Resin Bonding: Synthetic resin-to-resin bonding secures the abrasive grains for superior heat resistance and reduced grain shedding.
- Close Coat Optimization: Maximizes grain density on the surface for high aggressiveness and a rapid removal rate on hard surfaces.
- Blue Performance Grain: Specialized abrasive formula specifically optimized for processing stainless steel and high-tensile alloys.
