The Drillco WAL-7L116ADC is an elite-grade 7000L Series solid carbide bur engineered for high-performance material removal in restricted and hard-to-reach industrial environments. Manufactured from premium tungsten carbide, this SL-1 style ballnose cone bur features a 6-inch extended shank, providing the necessary reach for complex geometries without sacrificing concentricity or tool life. The double-cut flute geometry is specifically designed to provide aggressive stock removal while maintaining a refined surface finish across various ferrous materials.
Performance Features
- Long Series Design: Features a 6" overall length for deep-reach applications in automotive, aerospace, and fabrication.
- Double Cut Geometry: Cross-cut flutes produce smaller chips for faster material removal and improved operator control.
- Premium Tungsten Carbide: High-hardness construction ensures long-lasting sharp edges even under high-heat conditions.
- Vibration Reduction: Precision-brazed shank ensures perfect concentricity, reducing tool chatter and operator fatigue.
- SL-1 Shape: Ballnose cone profile ideal for contouring, hole enlargement, and deburring curved surfaces.
