The Pearl Abrasive NW05CO is a professional-grade 5-inch non-woven surface conditioning disc engineered for high-performance cleaning, blending, and finishing on a variety of metal surfaces, including stainless steel and aluminum. Constructed from a dense, high-quality non-woven fiber web with a durable woven backing, this disc is impregnated with premium aluminum oxide grain to provide a consistent, uniform finish without gouging the workpiece. Designed for industrial applications, the NW05CO features a Hook & Loop fastening system for rapid transitions and a specialized resin bond that resists loading and heat build-up, ensuring maximum tool life and superior surface integrity.
- Premium Aluminum Oxide: Impregnated grain provides aggressive cutting action and long-lasting durability.
- Hook & Loop System: Facilitates quick and easy disc changes to minimize downtime during multi-stage finishing.
- Heat & Load Resistant: Specialized non-woven construction prevents material build-up and maintains performance on sensitive alloys.
- Woven Backing: Provides structural stability and prevents stretching or tearing under heavy industrial use.
- Tan Coarse Grade: Ideal for heavy-duty cleaning, rust removal, and weld discoloration blending.
