The Pearl Abrasive MAX4560C Maxidisc™ is an elite-grade silicon carbide flap disc engineered specifically for high-performance grinding and finishing of non-ferrous and masonry materials. Unlike standard aluminum oxide discs, the MAX4560C utilizes premium silicon carbide (SC) grains, making it the ideal choice for professional-grade work on marble, granite, stone, glass, and cast iron. Its Type 27 depressed center design provides an optimal angle for surface preparation and weld blending, ensuring a smooth, consistent finish with minimal vibration.
- Premium Silicon Carbide Grain: Designed for superior performance on extremely hard or non-ferrous surfaces.
- High Flexibility: The flexible backing allows the disc to follow contours and uneven surfaces without gouging.
- Contamination-Free: Ideal for specialized applications where material integrity is paramount.
- Durable Construction: Heavy-duty cloth backing ensures long life and resistance to tearing during high-pressure grinding.
- Wide Application Range: Optimized for stone, glass, marble, granite, and non-ferrous metals.
