The Pearl Abrasive FD7060G is an elite-tier resin fiber disc engineered for heavy-duty grinding, blending, and finishing of ferrous metals, iron, and steel. Built with premium aluminum oxide grain and the latest electrostatic grain placement technology, these discs deliver a consistently aggressive cut and extended service life. The high-performance resin-over-resin bond ensures grit retention under extreme heat and pressure, making it a staple for industrial metal fabrication and maintenance professionals.
Performance Features
- Premium Aluminum Oxide: High-quality grain provides excellent stock removal rates on carbon steel and non-ferrous alloys.
- Electrostatic Grain Placement: Ensures every grain is oriented vertically for maximum sharpness and efficient cutting action.
- Heavy-Duty Fiber Backing: Provides the necessary rigidity for high-pressure grinding applications without sacrificing flexibility for contour work.
- Resin-Over-Resin Bond: Protects the abrasive grains from heat build-up and prevents loading during prolonged use.
- Versatile Application: Optimized for weld grinding, deburring, surface leveling, and edge chamfering.
