The Klingspor 369024 (CS 411 Y) is an elite-tier abrasive belt engineered for high-pressure industrial grinding and aggressive stock removal. Featuring self-sharpening zirconia alumina grain, this belt is specifically designed for the demanding requirements of metalworking, particularly on stainless steel, carbon steel, and other high-alloy metals. The tear-resistant Y-polyester backing ensures maximum durability and dimensional stability under high stress, making it the primary choice for heavy-duty belt grinding machines.
Performance Features
- Aggressive Stock Removal: Sharp zirconia alumina grain provides a superior removal rate throughout the life of the belt.
- Self-Sharpening Grain: The abrasive grain fractures during use, continuously exposing new sharp edges for consistent performance.
- Heavy-Duty Backing: Reinforced Y-weight polyester backing offers extreme tear resistance and is suitable for both wet and dry applications.
- Cool Grinding: Advanced bonding technology prevents overheating and minimizes the risk of thermal discoloration on sensitive metal surfaces.
- Industrial Longevity: Built for high productivity and reduced tool change frequency in high-volume fabrication environments.
