The Diablo DMAPL4176 Rebar Demon™ represents the pinnacle of concrete drilling technology, specifically engineered as the first complete line of SDS-Plus bits designed to tackle reinforced concrete with unprecedented speed and durability. Featuring a revolutionary 4-cutter full carbide head, this bit is built to take the heat, withstanding temperatures up to 1800°F—more than double the capacity of standard bits. Whether you are encountering heavy rebar or high-PSI concrete, the Rebar Demon provides a consistent, high-performance solution that minimizes vibration and maximizes tool life in the most demanding jobsite environments.
Performance Features
- 4-Cutter Full Carbide Head: Delivers up to 7X longer life compared to standard 2-cutter bits by extracting smaller bites of rebar for controlled wear.
- Dura-Carbide™ Technology: Optimized carbide formulation withstands extreme impact and intense heat up to 1800°F, preventing premature bit failure.
- Tri-Metal Diffusion Bonding: Features a high-strength weld that keeps the carbide head intact during extreme impact, ensuring structural integrity in reinforced concrete.
- Precision Tip: Provides the stability and accuracy required to produce fast, precise holes for anchor setting.
- Optimized Flute Design: Removes dust faster to keep the carbide head cooler, maintaining ultimate strength and durability.
- Wear Mark Indicator: Ensures precise hole-making and accuracy throughout the life of the bit.
