Anchorlube ANC-3115 (G-771) is a world-class, water-based semi-paste lubricant engineered for the most demanding metalworking applications. Unlike traditional petroleum-based fluids, Anchorlube utilizes a unique soap-based formula that provides exceptional tool life while maintaining a clean, oil-free workspace. Specifically designed for "problem" jobs, this lubricant excels on stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other exotic alloys that typically cause rapid tool wear. Its heavy-bodied consistency ensures the lubricant clings to the cutting edge, providing continuous thermal protection during drilling, tapping, and sawing operations.
Performance Features
- Multi-Metal Versatility: Superior performance on stainless steel, high-carbon steel, aluminum, brass, and exotic alloys.
- Eco-Friendly Formula: Contains no petroleum, chlorine, sulfur, nitrates, chromates, or mercury; EPA and REACH compliant.
- Extreme Tool Protection: Significantly extends the life of drill bits, taps, and saw blades by reducing friction and dissipating heat.
- Easy Clean-Up: Water-soluble formula washes away easily with warm water, leaving no oily residue on parts or machinery.
- Clean Working Environment: Smokeless and non-toxic, making it ideal for confined shop spaces and high-precision environments.
