The Wiha BiCut Compound Cutters increase your cutting capability with the power button. One cutter does it all, switch from wire to chain at the press of a button. More power cutting with less force required. The 32636 is made from Wiha exclusive C70 premium tool steel for long life. High performance 64 HRC induction hardened cutters and jaws have a 60/40 dynamic joint, and up to 40% less force to complete cuts. These innovative diagonal cutters will become your go-to cutters from the day you get them.

Free Shipping Policy Restrictions
Any single item over 50 lb or longer than 48 in. ships at a calculated carrier rate, shown at checkout. The other eligible items in your order still ship free. Orders to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, and to a few remote postal areas (codes starting A0K, A0P, A2V, G0G, J0M, R0B or V0T), are not eligible for free shipping and are charged carrier rates at checkout. *Our free shipping policy is subject to change without notice.
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery usually 1–2 business days after dispatch in Ontario; 3–5 in Quebec, the Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PE) and the Prairies; 5–8 in BC and Newfoundland & Labrador. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.
Do you ship overseas?

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
Can I return my product?
Returns and exchanges follow the manufacturer's satisfaction guarantee for each brand. Please contact us before sending anything back, and we will tell you where to send it.
If a product is defective on arrival and you notice it and contact us within 3 days of delivery, Wise Line Tools will handle it and pay the shipping.
You pay the shipping cost of returning an item, or you can bring it to either of our stores.
