The Spectra Precision HL700 Laserometer is an advanced, ultra-rugged digital laser receiver engineered for general construction, concrete layout, excavation, and grade-checking operations. Utilizing patented Light Bar detection technology, the HL700 delivers industry-leading accuracy and rapid beam acquisition with an extended 127 mm (5 in) reception window—more than double the standard detection height of traditional receivers. Featuring high-contrast dual LCD displays (front and rear) and a numeric readout of elevation (±50 mm / ±2 in), the HL700 calculates and displays the exact distance from on-grade without requiring the operator to manually adjust the rod clamp. Integrated anti-strobe sensors actively filter out jobsite strobe interference from heavy equipment, while a 3 m (10 ft) drop-tested IP67 waterproof housing ensures peak reliability in the harshest environments.

Items that ship at carrier rates. An item doesn’t ship free if it, or its shipping box, weighs over 50 lb, is longer than 48 in. or has two sides over 30 in., or is bigger than 4 cubic feet (about a 24 × 24 × 12 in. box). Carriers charge these by size, not just weight. These items say “Shipping charge applies” on the product page, and you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Orders to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, and to a few remote postal areas (codes starting A0K, A0P, A2V, G0G, J0M, R0B or V0T), are not eligible for free shipping and are charged carrier rates at checkout. *Our free shipping policy is subject to change without notice.
How long will it take to get my order?
Typical delivery times after your order ships: 1–2 business days in Ontario; 3–5 in Quebec, the Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PE) and the Prairies; 5–8 in BC and Newfoundland & Labrador. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.

Defects and wrong items can be reported any time within our 30-day return window. After 30 days, defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
