The MAX RB613T TwinTier represents the pinnacle of cordless rebar tying technology, engineered to deliver unparalleled speed and power for the most demanding structural projects. As the latest evolution in the TwinTier lineup, the RB613T features a significantly enlarged jaw capacity, allowing contractors to secure rebar combinations up to #9 x #10 with ease. Utilizing a dual-wire feeding mechanism, this tool doubles the tying speed compared to traditional models, completing each tie in approximately 1/2 second. Its advanced wire pull-back mechanism optimizes wire usage by dispensing only the exact amount needed, reducing waste and ensuring a tight, high-strength tie every time.
Performance Features
- Dual Wire Feeding Mechanism: Increases tying speed and productivity while delivering 5,000 ties per charge.
- Wire Pull-Back Mechanism: Extends tying force and reduces wire consumption by pulling the wire tight before twisting.
- Large Jaw Capacity: Specialized jaw design accommodates large rebar combinations from #5 x #5 up to #9 x #10.
- Wire Bending Mechanism: Produces a shorter tie height, requiring less concrete cover and improving the quality of the pour.
- Ergonomic Design: Reduced trigger pull effort and a balanced body minimize operator fatigue during all-day use.
- Quick Load Magazine: Features a new load-assist mechanism that automates wire feeding for faster reloading.
