The Klingspor 326483 CS 411 Y is an elite-grade industrial file belt engineered for the most demanding metalworking applications. Featuring a high-performance zirconia alumina grain and a robust, tear-resistant Y-polyester backing, this belt is specifically designed for aggressive stock removal and long-service life on stainless steel, steel, and other high-alloy metals. The self-sharpening properties of the zirconia alumina ensure a consistently high removal rate, while the heavy cloth backing provides the stability required for intensive grinding tasks.
Performance Features
- Self-Sharpening Zirconia Alumina: Provides exceptional aggressiveness and a uniform finish throughout the life of the belt.
- Heavy-Duty Y-Polyester Backing: A tear-resistant, waterproof cloth base that ensures maximum stability under high pressure.
- Advanced Heat Management: Engineered for cool grinding, reducing the risk of annealing colors on sensitive stainless steel surfaces.
- Close Coating: Maximizes grain density for higher material removal rates in heavy-duty applications.
- Universal Compatibility: Optimized for use with high-speed handheld file belt sanders and stationary grinding equipment.
