GRK R4™ Multi-Purpose screws are engineered to deliver elite performance across a wide range of materials including wood, particle board, plastic, sheet metal, and cement fiberboard. Featuring a patented design that eliminates the need for pre-drilling, these fasteners are the professional's choice for framing, decking, and general construction. The specialized Climatek™ coating ensures superior corrosion resistance, making them suitable for use in pressure-treated lumber and harsh exterior environments.
- Zip-Tip™ Technology: Pointed thread and specialty tip allow for immediate engagement and fast starts without pre-drilling.
- W-Cut™ Thread: Acts like a saw blade, cutting through wood fibers to reduce installation torque and prevent splitting.
- CEE Thread™: Enlarges the hole for the non-threaded shank, reducing friction and allowing the wood to settle naturally for maximum drawing power.
- Climatek™ Coating: AC257 code-approved gold coating provides a limited lifetime warranty against staining and rust.
- Self-Countersinking Head: Underhead cutting teeth and pockets transport drill dust away for a clean, flush finish even in brittle materials.
- Star Drive Recess: Provides six points of contact to eliminate stripping and maximize torque transfer.

Free Shipping Policy Restrictions
Items that ship at carrier rates. An item doesn’t ship free if it, or its shipping box, weighs over 50 lb, is longer than 48 in. or has two sides over 30 in., or is bigger than 4 cubic feet (about a 24 × 24 × 12 in. box). Carriers charge these by size, not just weight. These items say “Shipping charge applies” on the product page, and you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Orders to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, and to a few remote postal areas (codes starting A0K, A0P, A2V, G0G, J0M, R0B or V0T), are not eligible for free shipping and are charged carrier rates at checkout. *Our free shipping policy is subject to change without notice.
