The Drillco WAL-7G124ADC is a high-performance SST (Super Stainless Steel) Annular Cutter designed for industrial-grade drilling applications. Engineered to provide superior durability and speed, this tool utilizes a specialized surface treatment that significantly reduces friction and heat buildup. This allows for faster penetration rates and a significantly longer tool life compared to standard high-speed steel cutters, making it an essential component for heavy-duty metal fabrication and construction projects.
- SST Surface Treatment: Advanced coating technology minimizes friction, allowing the cutter to operate at higher speeds while preventing material galling.
- Precision Ground Flutes: Ensures efficient chip evacuation and clean, burr-free holes every time.
- Weldon Shank Design: Features a standard 3/4" Weldon shank with two flats for secure, slip-free mounting in all major magnetic drill presses.
- Thin-Wall Construction: Increases drilling efficiency by removing less material, reducing the horsepower required from the drill motor.
