Clamping products: limited lifetime
BESSEY brand clamping products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the tool. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, improper handling, negligence, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

Other tools: 1 year
BESSEY lists snips, knives, C-clamps, some specialty clamps, magnets, bearing heaters and pyrometers at 1 year. Not sure which category a model falls into? Ask our team before you order.

How a claim works
- Contact our team first with your order number or invoice (contact page or 519-688-1714). We handle warranty claims and will tell you the next step for BESSEY.
- BESSEY’s own process is an online warranty claim form with at least 2 photos of the problem (5 MB total).
- BESSEY decides eligibility and may repair, replace or refund. An evaluation may require shipping the product to BESSEY at your expense.

Are you an authorized BESSEY dealer?

When will my in-stock BESSEY order ship?
Orders for in-stock items placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. ET are dispatched the same day from our Tillsonburg warehouse. Same-day dispatch applies to in-stock items only.

What do capacity and throat depth mean?
Capacity is how wide the clamp opens, so it sets the widest workpiece it can hold. Throat depth is how far the jaws reach in from the edge of the work. Choose capacity for the width you clamp and throat depth for how far in you need to reach. Cards in the grid show both where the product title or BESSEY’s catalog gives them.
How do I read BESSEY model numbers?
Many BESSEY numbers carry the size. KRE3550 is a K Body REVO that opens to 50 in., with a 3¾ in. throat on every KRE. On TG, TGJ and TGK bar clamps the first number is the throat and the last digits the length: TG5.512 has a 5½ in. throat and opens 12 in. (BESSEY 2025 catalog). GSCC3.512 is a clutch-style clamp with a 3½ in. throat and 12 in. capacity. EHK is the one-handed trigger series, and in 2400S and 4800S the number after the dash is the capacity in inches.
Which clamp suits panel and cabinet glue-ups?
Parallel clamps such as the BESSEY K Body REVO are designed for it: they clamp at 90° to the rail, have large pads, and are rated at a nominal 1,700 lbs. For long spans where straightness matters, compare the I-beam clamps in the table above.
Can I use a wrench or hex key for extra force?
Only where BESSEY says so. KRE handles accept a hex key up to 17 Nm, and 4800S spindles have a 19 mm hex head (70 Nm or less). BESSEY states that the hex head on its PC34-2 and PC12-2 pipe clamps is to facilitate clamping, not augment it, and that too much force may cause the fixture to fail. Always follow the instructions for your model.
Can I replace worn pads, handles or sliding arms?
For many all-steel clamps, yes. Check the compatibility table above, and contact our team if you cannot match a part to your clamp.
