Die leistungsstarke Produktionsoberfräse 5625-20 von Milwaukee mit fester Basis und 3,5 PS Leistung verfügt über einen leistungsstarken 15-Ampere-Motor mit elektronischer Drehzahlregelung (10.000–22.000 U/min), hochwertiger Rückkopplungsschaltung und Sanftanlauf. Für ein gleichbleibend hochwertiges Ergebnis ermöglicht der 36-stufige Drehzahlregler die präzise Anpassung der Werkzeugdrehzahl an den Bohrdurchmesser, während die hochwertige elektronische Rückkopplungsschaltung Drehzahl und Leistung auch unter Last konstant hält. Für kontrolliertes Anlaufen und reduzierten Motorverschleiß verfügt die Oberfräse 5625-20 zudem über einen zuverlässigen elektronischen Sanftanlauf. Die Oberfräse ist optimal für Freihand- und Tischfräsen in der Produktion geeignet und verfügt über Milwaukees exklusive lineare Höhenverstellung mit Zugriff von oben. Diese ermöglicht schnelle und präzise Grobeinstellungen auf 3 mm (1/8 Zoll) und Mikrofeineinstellungen auf 1,6 mm (1/64 Zoll). Im Gegensatz zu Spiralsystemen dreht sich der Motor beim Ändern der Höhe nicht, wodurch Motorsteuerung und Netzkabel stets in der optimalen Position bleiben. Auf das revolutionäre System kann von oberhalb eines Frästisches mit dem mitgelieferten T-Schlüssel oder einem beliebigen 3/8-Zoll-Sechskantschlüssel mit Verlängerung zugegriffen werden, sodass keine umständlichen Einstellungen unterhalb des Tisches oder ein zusätzlicher Fräserlift erforderlich sind. Mit einem Bolzenlochmuster und Fräsersockeldurchmesser nach Industriestandard sowie abnehmbaren Griffen für mehr Platz für die Einlegeplatte lässt sich der 5625-20 problemlos in jeden vorhandenen Tisch oder jede Produktionsvorrichtung umrüsten. Für zusätzlichen Schutz bei Tischmontage verfügt der Fräser über einen exklusiven Motorverschmutzungsschutz, der schädliche Fremdkörper fernhält, ohne den Luftstrom zu beeinträchtigen. Der Fräser verfügt außerdem über einen langlebigen Gummischutz für staubfreien Zugang zum Höhenverstellsystem. Für maximale Kontrolle und Komfort für den Bediener verfügt der 5625-20 Fräser über stoßfeste, griffige Griffe, die weit auseinander angeordnet und nach vorne abgewinkelt sind. Ein robuster 22-Ampere-Schalter und ein Geschwindigkeitsregler sind bequem positioniert, um dem Bediener die volle Kontrolle über den Motor zu ermöglichen

Orders shipping to non remote locations within Ontario and Quebec should arrive witin 2-3 Business days.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
