Das einzigartige Parallelogramm-Stützsystem ermöglicht es dem Tisch, sich beim Anheben oder Absenken im gleichen Bogen wie der Messerkopf zu bewegen. Dieser gleichmäßige, geringe Abstand zum Schneidmesser wirkt als effizienterer Spanbrecher. Der Schrankständer umschließt Motor und Riemenscheiben vollständig und schützt sie vor Staub und Spänen. Der speziell entwickelte Gusseisenanschlag ist extra lang und bietet so während des gesamten Schnitts kontinuierlichen Halt. Der modulare Messerkopf sorgt für einen konstant sauberen Schnitt. Die Spindelanordnung ermöglicht den einfachen Austausch und die Einstellung einzelner Messer. Muss der gesamte Messerkopf ausgebaut werden, kann ein neues Modul ohne Produktionsunterbrechung eingesetzt werden. Der extralange Tisch bietet eine volle Arbeitsauflage von 210 cm. Der Laguna ShearTec II ist der modernste Spiralmesserkopf der Gegenwart. Tiefe Spanräume ermöglichen einen schnellen Spanabfluss und halten den Kopf sauber. Die Wendeschneidplatten bestehen aus dickerem, massivem deutschem Hartmetall und sind auf einer flachen Fläche statt auf einer kegelförmigen Oberfläche in den Kopf eingesetzt. Dadurch kann beim Festziehen der Wendeschneidplatten ein höheres Drehmoment verwendet werden. Alle Wendeschneidplatten sind leicht angewinkelt, um einen scherähnlichen Schnitt mit geringerer Aufprallkraft und weniger Rückschlag zu erzielen. Die Vorderkante ist gewölbt, um die Entstehung von Linien zu minimieren. Die Laguna ShearTec II-Köpfe haben alle sechs Reihen; die Köpfe der meisten Wettbewerber haben nur drei oder vier Reihen. Die zusätzlichen Reihen bieten offensichtlich eine Reihe von Vorteilen: Mehr Hartmetalleinsätze, längere Lebensdauer, weniger Lärm und Vibrationen, weniger Rückschlag und ein glatteres Finish.

How long will it take to get my order?
Typical delivery times after your order ships: 1–2 business days in Ontario; 3–5 in Quebec, the Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PE) and the Prairies; 5–8 in BC and Newfoundland & Labrador. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
