Der Laguna 8-Zoll-Keilbetthobel ShearTec II Messerkopf ist der perfekte „Step-up“-Hobel mit erhöhter Kapazität für anspruchsvolle Holzbearbeitung. Die übergroßen Tische bieten ausreichend Unterstützung zum einfachen Glätten langer, breiter Bretter, während der große, mittig montierte Gusseisenanschlag maximale Materialunterstützung beim Kantenfügen bietet. Die gusseisernen Ein- und Auslauftische lassen sich unabhängig voneinander über Schwalbenschwanzführungen einstellen. Der Laguna ShearTec II ist der modernste Spiralhobelkopf. Tiefe Spanräume ermöglichen einen schnellen Spanabfluss und halten den Kopf sauber. Die Wendeschneidplatten bestehen aus dickerem, massivem deutschem Hartmetall und sind flach statt kegelförmig im Kopf eingesetzt. Dadurch kann beim Anziehen der Wendeschneidplatten ein höheres Drehmoment eingesetzt werden. Alle Wendeschneidplatten sind leicht abgewinkelt, um einen scherenartigen Schnitt mit geringem Kraftaufwand und weniger Rückschlag zu erzielen. Die Vorderkante ist gewölbt, um die Entstehung von Linien zu minimieren. Die Laguna ShearTec II-Köpfe sind alle sechsreihig; die meisten Konkurrenzprodukte bieten nur drei oder vier Reihen. Es gibt offensichtlich eine Vielzahl von Vorteilen Vorteile der zusätzlichen Reihen: Mehr Hartmetalleinsätze, längere Lebensdauer, weniger Lärm und Vibration, weniger Rückschlag und glatteres Finish.

Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
