Der für 2021 brandneue Laguna JX|6 QuadTec I ist mit äußerst wünschenswerten Funktionen ausgestattet, die das Fugen sicherer und angenehmer machen.
Das brandneue QuadTec:I bietet selbst bei schwierigsten Holzarten ein hervorragendes Finish. Die Wendeschneidplatten bestehen aus Vollhartmetall (14 x 14 x 2 mm) und können daher viermal gedreht werden, was die im Vergleich zu HSS ohnehin schon längere Lebensdauer verlängert. Die geradlinig montierten Wendeschneidplatten erfordern weniger Bearbeitung und sparen so Kosten. Das QuadTec:I ist zudem leiser als herkömmliche Langmesser. Jede Wendeschneidplatte ist indexiert und benötigt beim Drehen oder Wechseln keine Vorrichtung.

- Parallelogramm-Tischeinstellungen – Die Tischtiefeneinstellungen erfolgen entlang eines Bogens, um während der gesamten Bewegung den gleichen Abstand zum Messerkopf einzuhalten
- Not-Kniestopp – Der neue Kniestopp nutzt eine körperlange Stange in Kniehöhe, um die JX-Fräse abzuschalten. Diese wichtige Sicherheitsfunktion ermöglicht es dem Maschinenbediener, die Maschine an jeder beliebigen Stelle an der Vorderseite schnell anzuhalten, während er die Hände am Werkstück behält.
- Neuer ergonomischer Maschinenkörper – Der neue Maschinenkörper der JX-Serie wurde mit einem „Zehenstoß“ neu gestaltet, damit der Benutzer näher an den Maschinentischen sitzen und sich sicherer und einfacher entlang der Länge der Maschine bewegen kann

Der QuadTec I verwendet vierseitige Hartmetall-Messer, die im Vergleich zu geraden HSS-Messern leiser und deutlich langlebiger sind. Die vierseitigen Messer können für eine neue Schneide gedreht werden, ohne dass eine Messereinstelllehre erforderlich ist.

Most in-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
