The Klingspor 149151 SM 611 S Satin Finishing Drum is an elite industrial-grade abrasive mop wheel designed for professional surface conditioning. Specifically engineered for use on satin finishing machines, this 180-grit drum delivers a perfectly uniform scratch pattern on stainless steel, metal, and wood. Its fan-shaped radial flap arrangement allows for exceptional adaptability to workpiece contours, ensuring consistent results from the first use to the last.
Performance Features
- Uniform Finish: High-quality aluminum oxide flaps provide a consistent surface roughness and aesthetic finish, ideal for blending welds and graining.
- Extended Service Life: Designed with a synthetic resin bond that wears evenly, constantly exposing fresh abrasive grains for high stock removal.
- Contour Adaptability: The flexible flap structure shapes itself to the profile of the workpiece, preventing gouging and uneven wear.
- Industrial Machine Compatibility: Featuring a 19mm bore with a standard 4-way keyway, compatible with major satin finishing tools like Metabo, Eisenblätter, and Poly-PTX.
