The Husqvarna 536503620 Elite-Cut S85 is a professional-grade diamond saw blade engineered for the most demanding asphalt and abrasive material applications. As a premier entry in Husqvarna's Gold Series, the S85 provides an optimal balance between high-speed cutting performance and exceptional wear resistance. This blade features a specialized segmented design with integrated undercut protection, ensuring the steel core remains shielded from the high-friction environment of abrasive slurry, which is critical for maintaining structural integrity during deep cuts in asphalt overlay and soft asphalt.
Performance Features
- Gold Level Performance: Developed specifically for specialist contractors who require maximum cutting speed and durability for intensive professional use.
- Asphalt & Abrasive Optimization: Engineered with a harder bond and premium diamond grit to handle asphalt, fresh concrete, and highly abrasive materials with ease.
- Undercut Protection: Equipped with protective segments that prevent the wearing down of the steel core (undercutting), extending the total life of the blade.
- Smart Visual Indicators: Features clear markers to show blade wear, side clearance, and a rotation arrow that matches the specific application color-coding.
- Wet & Dry Versatility: Designed for high-performance cutting in both wet and dry conditions, compatible with high-speed power cutters and flat saws.
