The Sturnus SP15OZ-M-LH-P02 Velocity Rip Claw Hammer is engineered for elite construction professionals who demand maximum driving power without the traditional weight and fatigue of an all-steel framing hammer. Featuring a precision hybrid construction, this 15oz hammer utilizes a forged AISI-1055 steel head mated to a high-strength 6061 aluminum shaft. This design delivers a strike force comparable to a standard 22oz hammer while remaining 20% lighter, significantly reducing strain on the wrist and elbow during high-volume repetitive tasks. The aggressive milled face ensures superior grip on nail heads, preventing slips, while the vibrant P07 Safety Green finish provides high-visibility on active jobsites.
- Extreme Recoil Reduction: The dual-material steel-to-aluminum bond effectively dampens vibration and minimizes shock upon impact.
- Advanced Ergonomics: Features an 15.8" (400mm) long handle for superior leverage and a non-slip TPE grip for secure handling in wet or dry conditions.
- Magnetic Nail Starter: Integrated magnetic setter on the head allows for one-handed nail placement, increasing safety and speed on ladders.
- Lightweight Performance: Weighing significantly less than traditional hammers, it allows for faster swing speeds and reduced daily fatigue.
- Heavy-Duty Rip Claw: Forged straight claw optimized for prying, demolition, and efficient nail pulling.
