The Pearl Abrasive FCC7046 is a professional-grade silicon carbide flexible grinding wheel engineered for superior performance on masonry, stone, and non-ferrous metals. Combining the aggressive material removal of a depressed center wheel with the smooth finishing capabilities of a resin fiber disc, this 7-inch wheel provides a versatile solution for shaping, blending, and finishing contoured surfaces.
- Superior Surface Finish: Flexible design allows for greater contact area, resulting in faster grinding efficiency and a smoother blend on corners and contours.
- Reduced Vibration: The double-reinforced flexible body absorbs operational shocks, significantly reducing operator fatigue and machine wear.
- Advanced Reinforcement: Constructed with an exclusive top layer of non-woven fabric and an internal reinforcing cloth for maximum safety and stability.
- Material Versatility: Optimized for concrete, stone, cast iron, aluminum, and other non-ferrous materials.
