The Morse Metal Devil cuts through tough metals quickly and smoothly due to it’s unique combination of manufacturing quality, metallurgy and blade configuration. TCG (Triple Chip Grind) Cutting Tip Configuration makes all tips strong since the load is shared between teeth. This maximizes the resistance of each tooth to chipping. Blades with more teeth are used for finer cuts and to cut thinner materials. Blades for cutting steel have 0 degree rake. This configuration creates a stronger tooth with more carbide where the cut is being made. Blades for cutting softer aluminum and thinner metals have 7-degree rake. This creates a more forward cutting action. More than 700 cuts through 12-inch by 3/8-inch aluminum plate.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch. Orders within Ontario often arrive the next business day. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.

Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
