Designed for the professional Body Technician, the MILWAUKEE® M12 FUEL™ 6” Random Orbital Sander—3/16” delivers the power to confidently sand body filler, ultimate control when shaping body panels, and runtime to deliver Up to 3 doors per M12™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ CP2.5 Battery Pack when sanding body filler. The POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS™ intelligence give users the confidence to remove body filler while maintaining material removal while under load. The 6” Random Orbital has an aggressive throw of 3/16” to deliver efficient body filler removal. The innovative ergonomic shape, speed dial, and variable speed trigger provide ultimate control of the 3,200-12,000 RPM speed range delivering a confident sanding experience. The optimized battery isolation system secures pack connection, controls vibration transmitted to the battery, and ensures fitment. The sander is equipped with a new-to-the-world, tool-free backing pad change mechanism that improves user productivity. When paired with the included Milwaukee® 6” Backing Pad - Firm, the pad and tool combination is optimized for vibrations and the preferred removal rate of body filler. This 6” random orbital sander is backed by a 3-year limited power tool warranty.

An item doesn’t ship free if it, or its shipping box, weighs over 50 lb, is longer than 48 in. or has two sides over 30 in., or is bigger than 4 cubic feet (about a 24 × 24 × 12 in. box). Carriers charge these by size, not just weight. These items say “Shipping charge applies” on the product page, and you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Orders to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, and to a few remote postal areas (codes starting A0K, A0P, A2V, G0G, J0M, R0B or V0T), are not eligible for free shipping and are charged carrier rates at checkout. *Our free shipping policy is subject to change without notice.
How long will it take to get my order?
Typical delivery times after your order ships: 1–2 business days in Ontario; 3–5 in Quebec, the Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PE) and the Prairies; 5–8 in BC and Newfoundland & Labrador. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
