The GA029GZ is a cordless Angle Grinder, powered by 40V Max XGT Li-ion battery (not included) to supply energy to the powerful 40V brushless motor, with soft start and variable speed controlled by dial to deliver up to 8,500 rpm, similar to a 1,000 watt mains machine, for faster cutting and grinding. The GA029GZ is equipped with safety paddle type on/off switch, tool-less wheel cover, adjustable to any desired position, electric brake for increased operator safety and anti-restart function to prevent the motor starting up when a battery is inserted with the switch locked on. The GA029GZ is capable of continuously performing heavy duty cutting and grinding. The GA029GZ features Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) to connect to a compatible dust extractor with Bluetooth (Chip 198900-7 required, sold separately); the dust extractor automatically runs whilst the machine switch is on and Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) to shut down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. 1 year manufacturer warranty with a further 2 years when registered within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee does not apply where non-genuine or recommended parts or accessories are fitted to the tool.
