The 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless 15/16" (24mm)Rotary Hammer (model DHR242Z) features a Makita BL Brushless Motor Technology for up to 50percent longer run time. The DHR242Z is the industry's first 15/16" capacity rotary hammer in the 18V cordless category. The DHR242Z is powered by an efficient BL Brushless Motor with variable speed that delivers 0-950 RPM, 4,700 BPM, and 2.4 Joules with up to 50percent longer run time than current Makita 18V LXT rotary hammers. Ease-of-use and efficiency features include 3-mode operation (rotation only, hammering with rotation and hammer only), a large 2-finger trigger for more convenience and greater comfort, and a depth adjustment guide for increased drilling depth accuracy

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch. Orders within Ontario often arrive the next business day. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 1:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.

Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
