Shipping & Returns

**Free Shipping Canada Wide* on Orders Over $149**

Eligible items ship free on orders over $149 (before tax).

Free Shipping Policy Restrictions

Items that ship at carrier rates. An item doesn’t ship free if it, or its shipping box, weighs over 50 lb, is longer than 48 in. or has two sides over 30 in., or is bigger than 4 cubic feet (about a 24 × 24 × 12 in. box). Carriers charge these by size, not just weight. These items say “Shipping charge applies” on the product page, and you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Orders to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, and to a few remote postal areas (codes starting A0K, A0P, A2V, G0G, J0M, R0B or V0T), are not eligible for free shipping and are charged carrier rates at checkout. *Our free shipping policy is subject to change without notice.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typical delivery times after your order ships: 1–2 business days in Ontario; 3–5 in Quebec, the Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PE) and the Prairies; 5–8 in BC and Newfoundland & Labrador. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.

Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.

Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

Do you ship overseas?

We are not currently shipping to the USA. We are currently mainly shipping within Canada, and we are slowly adding Other Countries. Please Contact us if you are unable to Checkout. See more out International Orders HERE

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?

Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.

Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.

Can I return my product?

Returns and exchanges follow the manufacturer's satisfaction guarantee for each brand. Please contact us before sending anything back, and we will tell you where to send it.

If a product is defective on arrival and you notice it and contact us within 3 days of delivery, Wise Line Tools will handle it and pay the shipping.

You pay the shipping cost of returning an item, or you can bring it to either of our stores.

See our Returns Policy and Warranty Information for details.

Makita 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion batteries charge faster and work longer than standard lithium-ion batteries, giving you and your Makita cordless tools unmatched performance and productivity for demanding applications. The Makita 3.0Ah battery (BL1830B) has a category-leading charge time of only 30 minutes, so it spends more time working and less time sitting on the charger. It also features an L.E.D. charge level indicator to monitor battery charge. Makita is the innovation leader in cordless tool technology and has the world’s cordless tool line-up powered by 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries.

The BL1830B is compatible only with Star Protection tools, indicated by the Star Symbol™ and/or Yellow Battery Receiver under the tool.

Makita 18V Lithium-Ion batteries resist self-discharge so they’re ready for use even after long periods of storage. The Rapid Optimum Charger (sold separately) is a smart-charging system that communicates with the battery during charging to monitor current, voltage and temperature. This helps optimize battery life and deliver a faster charge. The Charger has a built-in fan to cool the battery for faster and more efficient charging.

For improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita created STAR Protection Computer Controls™. STAR Protection is communication technology that allows the tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating.
