The Klingspor 321325 is a professional-grade PS 61 FK series abrasive disc engineered for high-performance sanding on stainless steel, steel, and demanding woodworking projects. Featuring Klingspor’s advanced CEVOLUTION technology, these discs utilize premium ceramic aluminium oxide grains that are self-sharpening, ensuring a consistently aggressive stock removal rate and a significantly longer service life compared to standard abrasives. The heavy-duty F-paper backing provides the necessary stability for edge work and high-pressure applications, while the hook and loop (self-fastening) system allows for rapid disc changes on all standard 150mm random orbital sanders.
Performance Features
- Ceramic Alumina Grain: Microcrystalline ceramic grains fracture during use to reveal new sharp edges, maintaining peak cutting efficiency throughout the life of the disc.
- CEVOLUTION Technology: Optimizes the interaction between grain, bond, and coating for maximum material removal and thermal resistance.
- Aggressive Stock Removal: Specially designed for tough materials like stainless steel and high-alloy steels where heat management and durability are critical.
- Tear-Resistant F-Paper Backing: Provides superior stability and durability, making it ideal for both surface and edge grinding.
- Universal Application: While optimized for metal, it delivers exceptional results on hardwood and parquet flooring repairs.
