The Klingspor 260675 (CS 311 Y) is a premium industrial-grade abrasive cloth roll engineered for high-performance woodworking applications. Featuring a tear-resistant polyester backing and semi-open coat aluminum oxide grain, this roll is specifically designed to handle high-stress sanding tasks on drum sanders and wide-belt machinery. The integration of Klingspor's proprietary ACT (Advanced Coating Technology) and antistatic properties significantly reduces clogging, ensuring a cool cut and an exceptionally long service life compared to standard abrasives.
Performance Features
- Advanced Coating Technology (ACT): Enhanced grain adhesion prevents premature grit shedding and extends the life of the roll.
- Antistatic Properties: Specially formulated to minimize dust attraction, keeping both the workpiece and the sanding machinery clean.
- Heavy-Duty Y-Weight Backing: The tear-resistant polyester cloth provides the stability needed for industrial calibrating and intermediate sanding.
- Semi-Open Grain Coat: Optimizes dust clearance and prevents loading, making it ideal for resinous woods.
- High Removal Rate: Engineered for aggressive material removal while maintaining a consistent finish.
