Schluss mit dem Rätselraten – und ohne Maßband und Bleistift – beim Zuschneiden von Holz. Mit unserem Precision Trak und Stop Kit verwandeln Sie Ihre Gehrungssäge in ein präzises Schneidsystem. Positionieren Sie den Anschlag einfach mit dem Präzisionslinsen-Cursor auf die gewünschte Schnittlänge, legen Sie das Brett an den Anschlag und schneiden Sie jedes Mal exakt auf die gewünschte Länge. Bauen Sie die Stützflügel aus Sperrholz (oder einem anderen Plattenmaterial) und montieren Sie dann den Trak. So einfach rüsten Sie Ihre Säge für perfekt dimensionierte Werkstücke aus!

Das Precision Trak & Stop Kit wird am häufigsten mit einer Gehrungssäge verwendet, viele Holzarbeiter finden es aber auch praktisch, es an ihrer Radialarmsäge oder Bohrmaschine anzubringen. Egal wo Sie das Precision Trak & Stop Kit einsetzen, Sie werden feststellen, dass es deutlich schneller und präziser ist als jede andere Holzschneidemethode.
Produktionsstopp Der Produktionsstopp wurde entwickelt, um den Belastungen wiederholter Schnitte in einer industriellen Umgebung standzuhalten. Er lässt sich auf die Oberseite des Zauns fallen und verfügt über Cursor mit zwei Linsen für eine bequeme Verwendung auf beiden Seiten der Klinge.
Schwenkanschlag Der Schwenkanschlag ermöglicht Ihnen bei Bedarf eine präzise Messung und schwenkt aus dem Weg, wenn Sie ihn nicht benötigen. Drücken Sie einfach ein Brett in die gewölbte Fläche des Anschlags, um es vorübergehend nach oben aus dem Weg zu schieben, oder schwenken Sie den Anschlag nach oben. Wie der Produktionsanschlag verfügt er über einen Präzisionslinsencursor für eine schnelle, punktgenaue Positionierung.
Selbstgefertigte Stützflügel: Bauen Sie eine einfache Sperrholz- oder MDF-Box, die der Höhe Ihrer Säge entspricht, und fügen Sie dann einen hinteren Anschlag hinzu, der 57 mm (2 1/4 Zoll) über den Sägetisch hinausragt, damit die Anschläge darauf gleiten können. Anweisungen und Montagezubehör für den Trak sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Starrer Aluminiumzaun Unser unglaublich robuster und langlebiger Trak aus eloxiertem Aluminium verfügt über eine L-förmige Basis, mit der sich das Ausrichten und Befestigen an jedem 3/4" (19 mm) dicken Brett im Handumdrehen erledigen lässt. An der Oberseite des Traks befindet sich eine Nut zur Aufnahme der mitgelieferten selbstklebenden Maßbänder. Der Trak ist in vier 2 Fuß (610 mm) lange Abschnitte unterteilt, sodass Sie folgende Aufstellungsoptionen haben: 4 Fuß (1219 mm) auf jeder Seite der Säge, 2 Fuß (610 mm) auf der einen Seite und 6 Fuß (1829 mm) auf der anderen oder nur 8 Fuß (2438 mm) auf einer Seite.

Orders shipping to non remote locations within Ontario and Quebec should arrive witin 2-3 Business days.
Orders Shipping to the Maritimes or Western Canada to non remote areas usually arrive within 3-5 business days
*Large Over Weight and LTL Freight shipments may require 1 or more business days to prepare for shipping and can take 5-7 business days or more to arrive.

Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
Can I return my product?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
