Wise Line Tools Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions

These Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the optional shipping protection service ("Shipping Protection") offered on WiseLineTools.ca ("Website"). By choosing Shipping Protection at checkout, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.

What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is a non-insurance service offered by Wise Line Tools to provide you with compensation for lost or damaged packages during shipping. It is a small fee (1.6% of your order total) that offers peace of mind for your purchase.

Coverage

Shipping Protection covers the value of your order (excluding shipping costs) in case of:

  • **Lost packages:** Packages confirmed lost by the carrier after a designated investigation period.
  • **Damaged packages:** Packages delivered in a damaged condition that renders the items unusable.

Exclusions

Shipping Protection does not cover:

  • Loss or damage due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided).
  • Packages delivered but signed for as "received in good condition."

Claim Process

To file a claim for a lost or damaged package:

Entire Agreement
