The SawStop ICS53480-TGI236 Industrial Cabinet Saw is the heaviest, most powerful and highest quality 10 in. cabinet saw SawStop makes, built for production cabinet shops, schools and industrial woodworking facilities with 480V three-phase power. This configuration pairs a 5 HP, 3-phase, 480V TEFC motor with a 36 in. Industrial T-Glide fence, rails and extension table, and includes SawStop's patented safety system that stops the blade in less than 5 milliseconds on contact with skin.
Please note: this is a 480V saw. Confirm your shop has 480V three-phase power before ordering, as SawStop does not accept returns.
Key Features
SawStop Safety System
The saw detects contact with skin and stops and retracts the blade in milliseconds, reducing the risk of serious injury. A built-in diagnostic system confirms the saw is ready to respond before each use.
5 HP 3-Phase 480V Motor
A totally enclosed, fan-cooled 5 HP motor (5.8A at 480V) delivers the power for all-day ripping of thick hardwoods and sheet goods.
36 in. Industrial T-Glide Fence
The heavy-gauge steel fence and rails lock down securely and stay square for years, with up to 36-1/2 in. of rip capacity to the right of the blade.
Industrial-Grade Construction
Massive cast iron table and wings, a precision trunnion and arbor, and a large cabinet give the stability and low vibration needed for heavy duty cycles. Table flatness is held to 0.010 in.
Industry-Leading Dust Collection
A 4 in. cabinet port and the included dust collection blade guard capture dust both under and above the table for a cleaner shop.
