Le système unique de support parallélogramme permet à la table de se déplacer dans le même arc que le porte-outil lorsqu'il est relevé ou abaissé. Ce dégagement uniforme et étroit par rapport à la lame de coupe agit comme un brise-copeaux plus efficace. Le bâti de l'armoire entoure entièrement le moteur et les poulies pour les protéger de la poussière et des copeaux. Le guide en fonte spécialement conçu est extra-long pour un soutien continu tout au long de la coupe. Le porte-outil modulaire assure une coupe nette et uniforme. La disposition des vérins à vis facilite le remplacement et le réglage des couteaux individuels. Si le porte-outil doit être démonté, un nouveau module peut être installé sans interruption de production. La table extra-longue offre un support de pièce de 211 cm. La Laguna ShearTec II est à la pointe de la technologie des porte-outil hélicoïdaux. Les gorges profondes permettent une évacuation rapide des copeaux et préservent la propreté de la tête. Les plaquettes sont fabriquées en carbure allemand massif plus épais et fixées dans la tête sur une surface plane plutôt que conique. Cela permet un couple de serrage plus important. Toutes les plaquettes sont légèrement inclinées pour une coupe de type cisaillement, avec un faible impact et un effet de rebond réduit. Le bord d'attaque est bombé pour minimiser l'apparition de lignes. Les têtes Laguna ShearTec II sont toutes à 6 rangées, contre 3 ou 4 pour la plupart des têtes concurrentes. L'ajout de rangées supplémentaires présente de nombreux avantages : plus de plaquettes carbure, une durée de vie prolongée, moins de bruit et de vibrations, moins de rebond et une finition plus lisse.

How long will it take to get my order?
Typical delivery times after your order ships: 1–2 business days in Ontario; 3–5 in Quebec, the Atlantic provinces (NS, NB, PE) and the Prairies; 5–8 in BC and Newfoundland & Labrador. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost on request.
Most in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Large, overweight and LTL freight orders may need 1 or more extra business days to prepare.

Most orders are shipped courier via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post. We will use other carriers at our own descretion depending on Product size and weight.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Your order may ship in more than one package depending on the quantity or size of the products purchased. Also, items in your order may ship from either of our 2 locations and arrive in separate deliveries.
Sometimes we place smaller items from your order inside of one box to save on shipping so always open all boxes to confirm what you have recieved.
