The KLINGSPOR 365245 (PS 33 BK) is a world-class semi-open coated abrasive disc designed for high-performance sanding on paint, varnish, filler, and wood. Engineered with a premium heat-tempered aluminum oxide grain and a specialized stearate coating, this disc significantly reduces clogging and loading, ensuring an extended service life and consistent surface finish. The 8-hole GLS5 pattern provides optimal dust extraction when used with compatible orbital sanders, maintaining a cleaner workspace and preventing heat buildup during intensive industrial applications.
Performance Features
- Advanced Stearate Coating: Features a high-quality active filler layer that prevents the adhesion of dust and paint particles, doubling the service life compared to standard discs.
- Heat-Tempered Aluminum Oxide: Tough, synthetic grain delivers aggressive stock removal and uniform scratch patterns across multiple materials.
- Tear-Resistant B-Weight Backing: Flexible yet stable paper backing allows for excellent contouring on curved workpieces without sacrificing durability.
- GLS5 8-Hole Pattern: Precision-punched 8-hole configuration ensures maximum dust suction and reduced airborne debris.
- Versatile Application: Optimized for automotive finishing, cabinetry, and metal surface preparation.
