The Squi.Jig SQJ15G is a premium framing square attachment designed by tradesmen for professionals who demand absolute precision in stair and rafter layout. These 1.5-inch tall framing jigs are engineered to overcome common job site challenges, such as lumber defects, rounded edges, and wane, which often cause standard stair gauges to slip or provides inaccurate readings. Crafted from high-grade 6061 anodized aluminum, these jigs provide a massive surface area that grips the workpiece securely, ensuring your layout remains consistent from the first stringer to the last.
Performance Features
- Ultra-Tall Profile: The 1.5-inch height extends significantly past the rounded edges of dimensional lumber and steel tubing for a rock-solid, repeatable hold.
- 6061 Anodized Aluminum: Precision-machined for durability and finished in high-visibility green to ensure they are easy to locate in a crowded toolbox or on the job site.
- Enhanced Grip Thumbscrews: Oversized, knurled stainless steel thumbscrews allow for easy adjustments even while wearing heavy work gloves.
- Universal Compatibility: The 5/16"+ slot depth accommodates any standard framing square or speed square up to 0.32" thick.
- Multi-Functional Utility: Optimized for stair stringer layout, rafter cuts, circular saw rip guides, and angle guides.
